Data collection and use

Hub55 stores the data of its clients to inform them whenever an opportunity arises to rent them a workspace, to give administrative support to clients in the process of buying, developing, selling or renting a property, to inform the client of the existence of promotions or marketing campaigns or to fulfil legal obligations.

Customer data are obtained based on information received directly or indirectly from customers and the documentation that customers provide. This information is collected by Hub55 or by using the site www.hub55.pt. The saved data of each client can be consulted, exported, altered or eliminated by the Customer through the contact: office@folques.com.

Client data is used to generate automatic recommendations for customized properties based on each client profile, meeting confirmation, or other automatic messages.

Customer data are stored for a period of 2 years from the last contact with customer, except in cases where there are specific legal obligations, which impose longer terms.

The data of the Clients are processed by the internal staff of Hub55.

Each client can also, through the email: office@folques.com
– oppose the processing of data;
– limiting such treatment;
– withdraw consent at any time, in which case the lawfulness of the previous treatment is not jeopardized;
– request rectification, updating or erasure of data;
– exercise the right to receive data concerning you and to transmit it to other data controllers.

Each Client has the right to be informed of the occurrence of any violation of his / her personal data and to submit a complaint about the processing of his / her data to the supervisory authority (CNPD).
